How We Work
AI & Automation
We utilised Artificial Intelligence in projects as both foundation and supporting technologies. We use generative AI in our proprietary software, GreenHalo. We combined computer vision and machine learning to reduce safety risk. We use machine learning to create efficiencies in demand planning.
Artificial Intelligence
AI delivers the most value when applied deliberately to clear problems. For our clients, it’s not about hype or replacing people, but enabling teams to work faster, more consistently, and with better insight. We use AI to unlock time and cost savings, surface actionable insights, analyse information at scale, and support human judgement and accountability.
Process Automation
Process and workflow automation delivers the greatest impact when applied to clear, repeatable processes. Combined with AI, it reduces manual effort while improving speed, accuracy, and consistency. We help organisations remove bottlenecks, automate handoffs, and create visibility across systems - focusing on well-designed processes first, not automating what’s broken.

Process Automation
Case Study
Our client processes building consents on behalf of councils. This involved a highly manual set of processes built on a spreadsheet, with significant key-person and human error risk. Reporting was difficult to produce for multiple stakeholders with differing needs. We built a Power BI reporting suite with automated data inflows, replicating all of the business rules and logic behind the scenes. Our client now has near-live reporting across every project they are working on and can easily meet all of their reporting requirements. Importantly, for an investment equivalent to approximately 0.2 FTE, they have realised savings of 0.25–0.5 FTE per year.
Data
Data Warehousing
A data warehouse provides one location that contains all critical business data. It is built using pipelines that plug into each data source and automatically pull out and process the required data on a schedule that suits your needs.
A data warehouse is a great resource to have for data-driven companies, as it makes it much easier to access and report on information from a variety of sources. It also provides the opportunity for more complex business insights that require combining data from multiple sources.
Data Dashboarding
A dashboard provides attractive reporting and business insights. It updates regularly to show current information and is a key component of making data-driven decisions.
Ideally, a data dashboard will leverage information from a data warehouse, but short-term snapshots are also an option for one-off reporting. Power BI and Google Data Studio are common software choices for this work, but we are also able to develop custom methods that fit your needs (for example, embedding in a website or developing a web portal/mobile app).

Data Warehousing
Case Study
Our client provides community-based health and well-being services. They were operating from a heavily fractured set of systems and processes, which was seriously challenging their ability to provide the level of service they were seeking. They report for both their own purposes and those of their partners and funders - the latter being a key driver. A significant amount of their data was shared with other entities, and they were finding it very difficult to isolate and use their own. We built a three-layered data warehouse - data gathering, sorting and supply - using a number of automated data feeds, some new data capture methods such as web forms, and a full suite of data visualisation and reporting. This has provided the quality of reporting and insight they needed, and has allowed them to identify and address key data integrity issues that were a significant source of operational and clinical risk.

AI Automation
Case Study
Our client, Flightcert, operates a cloud-based platform for tracking aircraft maintenance: safety-critical work in a high-risk sector. Launched in 2011 and already well established, it came to us in 2025, and we had to get across both the product and the sector fast to carry it forward without disruption. We built internal processes for feature requests, testing and deployment, then developed against them - most notably rectification editing, which splits worksheet sign-off across multiple people and phases instead of one person in one step. We also built an API for integration with other systems. We now handle ongoing maintenance, testing, monitoring and security, and the owner works alongside our team weekly.

App Development
Case Study
Our client undertakes a large amount of insurance claim-related work and was struggling to manage the flow of information and its provision to the various stakeholders involved. They had been using an online spreadsheet that couldn't be used on site or shared outside the company, resulting in significant, time-consuming inefficiencies and poor data quality. We built a mobile-friendly web application that integrates with their existing processes and systems and handles all of their information flows and sharing requirements. This has substantially improved their processing efficiency, data quality and user experience. We are currently working on expansion plans, including the addition of an insurer portal.
