Since joining Ember in 2021, Anthony has become a reliable and steady presence within the Technical Support team. After moving from Malaysia to New Zealand, Anthony has built strong experience supporting clients with a wide range of technical issues. His role involves everything from computer and cloud problems to general troubleshooting, and he works closely with the account manager as the main point of technical support for many clients.

Anthony particularly finds it rewarding when clients are satisfied with the outcome and he brings strong time management, prompt communication and a professional approach to every interaction. 

Outside of work he enjoys playing badminton and pickleball.
