Brooke joined Ember in 2023, bringing a strong background in hands-on work experience, project management and a natural ability to connect with people. Highly organised and people-focused, Brooke leads and manages the Innovation team - bringing out the best in individuals while aligning innovative solutions with client needs. 

Her role centres on constantly rethinking ways of working and exploring how technology can better support people and organisations. A key strength is change management, with a thoughtful approach to understanding impacts, supporting teams and guiding clients through new implementations. Brooke is passionate about developing strong teams and creating meaningful outcomes together through leadership and collaboration.

Outside of work, she’s an avid music lover who enjoys going to gigs, hosting friends for barbecues and wine and cheese nights, and unwinding with a good book!
