Since joining Ember Technology in 2020, Charlotte has become a key driver of innovation and digital transformation. With a Mechatronics Engineering degree from the University of Canterbury, she brings strong technical depth, sharp problem-solving and a track record of delivering meaningful outcomes. 

Charlotte began in software development before becoming one of the first dedicated members of Ember’s innovation team, helping shape its services across automation, data engineering and product development. 

As the team grew, she moved into leadership and is now General Manager of Ember Technology. Charlotte works closely with enterprise clients to turn strategic goals into practical digital pathways.

Outside work, she contributes governance expertise on the Surf Life Saving New Zealand Board and competes in multisport events.
