In 2016, Chris joined Ember as Managing Director bringing a broad background in leading and directing businesses. From overseeing $150 million asset portfolios to supporting digital start ups, he has an extensive range of experience.

Prior to joining Ember, he spent 16 years in elite sport management and also worked extensively in leadership coaching and strategy development, giving him a strong foundation in people, performance and long-term planning.

Today, Chris works closely with clients to ensure they receive a world-class experience. He is highly driven by seeing organisations grow, improve and realise their goals, and he takes pride in helping guide that progress.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys skiing, surfing and staying fit - particularly in the outdoors.
