Since joining Ember in May 2024, Jooyoung has become a valued part of the team through his role as an IT Systems Engineer. With both a Computer Science degree and a postgraduate diploma from the University of Canterbury, he brings strong technical knowledge and a calm, practical approach to supporting organisations with their systems, devices and general technology networking.

One of his proudest achievements is creating an asset management system, a project that highlights his initiative and problem solving ability. He brings quick problem solving, an ability to grasp new concepts easily and confidence when tackling unfamiliar issues. Clients appreciate his clarity and reliability when resolving challenges. 

Outside of work, Jooyoung is the reigning table tennis champion... although the other boys in the office beg to differ!
