Office Team Leader
Since joining Ember in January 2025, Rebecca has become a key part of the team through her role as Admin Team Leader, where she oversees operations, finance, HR and administrative support. She brings a wide and varied professional background, including many years running her own business.
After a long period of working independently, she was ready to return to a collaborative workplace and her move to Christchurch created the perfect moment to join Ember.
Rebecca’s broad business experience and strong sense of integrity guide her approach. She enjoys the variety and responsibility that come with her role and is committed to looking out for the business and its people.
