From age 13, Sophie has been around the Ember Technology office. She first started out cleaning the offices before moving through administration, sales, and now into her current role as Marketing Coordinator in 2025. This hands-on journey has given her a well-rounded understanding of the business and its clients.

Now in her fifth year at the University of Canterbury, Sophie is completing an LLB and BC, bringing both strategic thinking and creativity to her work. With broad experience in marketing, she is known for her strong attention to detail, ability to see things from the client’s perspective, and talent for making ideas look polished and engaging.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys skiing and spending time outdoors, as well as having an interest in fashion. She also volunteers at Community Law Canterbury as a Case Worker, which she finds extremely fulfilling.
