Sophie brings qualifications in small business and project management, supported by eight years as an entrepreneur running her own small business, and mentoring small business owners. She specialises in keeping teams aligned to timelines and building strong client relationships. 

At Ember, she works across the Cyber Security, Tech, and Innovation teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and stakeholders feel supported throughout the process, so that our team can focus on what they do best!

Since joining Ember, Sophie has been consistently impressed by the team’s capability and creativity, describing their skill and innovation as nothing short of remarkable. She is also known for her well-documented appreciation of the office treat table.

Outside of work, she is a beginner tennis player, a netball coach, enjoys sewing her own clothes, and watches every F1 race.
