Since joining Ember in May 2022, Tom has become a central part of the cyber security team, bringing sharp problem solving skills and a deep curiosity for how systems work. His passion for technology started early. He began fixing computers at twelve and never stopped building on that foundation. 

As a Cyber Security Engineer and Security Operations Analyst, he thrives on breaking down complex issues, understanding each layer of a system and piecing together solutions that are both clear and effective. Fixing problems is his favourite part of the job and he approaches every challenge like a puzzle waiting to be solved.

His commitment to growth is one of his strongest qualities. He has completed an impressive four hundred hours of study during his time at Ember, always pushing himself to learn and evolve.
