Background
Flightcert became an Ember Technology client in 2025. First launched in 2011, it was already well-established with a loyal user base. Given the high-risk nature of aviation, we had to quickly understand both the product and the sector to carry it forward without missing a beat - and earn the trust of the team behind it.
Flightcert is a cloud-based platform that takes the complexity out of tracking aircraft maintenance - work that's fundamental to operating an aircraft safely and efficiently. It gives users instant, secure access to their flight and maintenance data from anywhere in the world, backed by a team of software engineers.

Our Solution
The pilot automated claims handling. We built a workflow that collects claims, processes them and files them straight into UniMed's insurance administration system. It now also flags potential fraud and handles far higher claim volumes than the original build was scoped for.
