Two Countries, One Network: Inside Our Work with ALLTRANZ

Eight branches, two countries, one network. Ember Technology provides IT support and AI automation for ALLTRANZ, a leading automotive transmission supplier that has grown fast by acquisition - and inherited a lot of IT complexity along the way. A Japanese shareholder raised the bar on compliance and reporting.

Our main impacts are standardising all eight branches onto a single network, extending helpdesk support across both countries, and using AI to handle stock ordering and management. That automation project met its first-year objectives, cutting manual ordering hours and stock-outs, and ALLTRANZ is already scoping the next one. Cybersecurity has been reinforced at every stage rather than bolted on at the end.
